Shouldnt be too hard. You can farm physical humanity on the skeleton babies in the tomb of the giants, right outside Nito. Or you can become a dickwraith and kill players for humanity. Theres no cost to become a dickwraith, you just need 10 humanity to start so you can get the full orb, then its free humanity for days. I must have hit 99 humanity like 20 times over by now.
